Two bills, both explained in writing
There is no price list on this site on purpose. What a case costs depends on the hospital, the department and how long you stay — so we quote per case, before you commit to anything.
What you pay, and to whom
Our service fee
Paid to CBB. Covers coordination: records translation and review, specialist matching, appointment booking, visa paperwork, airport pickup and hospital transfers, English interpretation, and follow-up after you return. Quoted as a fixed package for your case.
The hospital's charges
Paid directly to the hospital at its own published rates: consultations, examinations, surgery, medication, bed fees. We obtain the estimate and translate it, but we do not mark it up.
In a written quote you will find
- Every service line with its fee, in US dollars and RMB
- The hospital's estimated treatment cost, marked as an estimate
- What is fixed, and what may change during treatment
- Payment schedule and cancellation terms for the service fee
Not included unless we say so
- International flights and travel insurance
- Hospital charges beyond the estimate, if the clinical plan changes
- Visa fees paid to the consulate, and anything not listed in the quote
Three ways to arrange a trip
The scope of the coordination differs; the fee follows the scope. We will recommend the smallest one that actually covers your case.
Treatment trip
Assessment, matching, appointments, visa invitation letter, travel arrangements, interpretation during treatment, records handover.
Health screening visit
Screening programme booked, one-to-one appointments, bilingual report explained by a physician, optional city stay.
Sample figures are deliberately absent: internal cost data is not published, and public prices for this kind of service have to be set by the business rather than inferred by a website. Ask for a quote and you will get real numbers for your case.
